Feed storage imposes extremely rigorous demands on the airtightness and interior surface smoothness of storage bins. To address this, we have developed the *Feed Bin Forming Machine*. The panels produced by this equipment are utilized in the assembly of modular feed bins, effectively preventing moisture absorption, mold growth, and pest infestation in the stored feed. International clients-such as the Bühler Group from Switzerland-have already placed bulk orders for this equipment, thereby validating its reliability within the agricultural storage sector.

**Equipment Structure and Hygienic Design**
Unlike traditional cold-forming lines, the *Feed Bin Forming Machine* incorporates integrated online degreasing and deburring modules within its main forming unit. This ensures that the edges of the formed panels are free of sharp cutting surfaces, thereby preventing injury to operators or damage to feed bags. The complete system comprises 22 sets of forming rollers, dual 15kW motors, servo-driven punching mechanisms, and hydraulic shearing capabilities, achieving a forming speed of 6 to 15 meters per minute. Of particular note is the punching die, which is fabricated from Cr12MoV steel (hardness: 60–62 HRC); furthermore, a complete set of spare punches is included with the machine-a feature specifically designed to accommodate the frequent die changes often required for feed bin panels with varying hole patterns.
