How a Line Is Finished on the Shop Floor

Cutting and frame welding

 

Cut list: H-beam bases, wall plates and housings, and the shear frame. Downpipe and buckle-panel mills use H300–H400 sections; the downpipe shear frame is Q235 plate. After welding, datum faces are milled so roll stands sit square to the pass line.

Shafts, rollers and cutting edges

 

Shafts are 45# solid bar in the diameters listed on the cards above. Rollers are turned, heat-treated, hard-chrome plated, then polished. Cutting edges and punch dies are Cr12MoV, heat-treated.

Roll-stand assembly

 

Stations go onto the stands in pass order. Roll gap is pre-set to the strip thickness. Chain drive or gearbox is aligned to the shaft centerline before the mill is locked down.

Electrical and hydraulic integration

 

The hydraulic pack and valve block feed the punch and shear cylinders. The PLC cabinet takes the encoder signal for cut-to-length and carries the interlocks. PLC, VFD and hydraulic-valve brands are named on the quotation.

Efficiency leap Precision and stability

 

Rollers, shafts and frames are machined in the same Wuxi shop, then the mill is trial-formed against the signed drawing. The line can be pushed without the section walking off spec. Stands and chrome-plated rollers hold alignment at speed; the cutoff stays square instead of shaking out of square. Coil after coil, the profile matches the last one.

Adopting high-performance integrated joints,the CRA series can increase the tempo by 25%,and the productivity can reach a new peak;the vibration suppression algorithm is upgraded to achieve a good anti-shaking effect;the full-parameter DH compensation algorithm and TrueMotion algorithm are supported,and the absolute positioning accuracy is 0.2 ~ 0.4 mm under the change of attitude movement,and the curved motion is precise and stable.

Line trial

 

First a no-load run, then a coil trial. The crew checks section, cut length and surface. Pass/fail limits sit on the Quality page. Trial is done in this workshop, before dispatch.

Rust prevention, split, pack and ship

 

Machined faces take anti-rust oil or film. The line is unbolted into transport sections. Shafts, rollers and the cabinet go in wooden cases; frames load into sea containers. Cabinets ship moisture-boxed.
