The Spiral Tubeformer features a three-roller arch-bending system with bidirectional electric adjustment of the curvature radius. It accommodates a feed width of ≥1250mm and can produce arched sections with a maximum diameter of up to 2 meters; its gantry-style structure ensures exceptional rigidity, even under prolonged heavy-load operations. Unlike conventional forming machines, this equipment utilizes a hydraulic cutter with an adjustable cutting angle during the shearing process, ensuring that all cut edges are straight and free of serrations-a critical requirement for the effective splicing and sealing of culvert panels. The punching mechanism employs a continuous, on-the-fly tracking system powered by a 5.5kW servo motor, achieving a positional accuracy of ±0.5mm. The complete machine measures ≤30m in length, ≤4m in width, and ≤5m in height, with a lifting weight of ≤20 tons, making it ideally suited for containerized shipping.

Quality Assurance and Application Cases
We have established a dedicated quality inspection protocol for the Spiral Tubeformer: every batch of rollers undergoes rigorous flaw detection, and every set of molds is subjected to a trial run involving the punching of three test pieces.
