Cold bending forming machines utilize the plastic deformation characteristics of metal materials, using multiple sets of sequentially arranged forming rollers to progressively bend metal strips (typically 10-20 sets of rollers). The processing is divided into three stages: pre-forming, intermediate forming, and precision forming. Each stage includes multiple rolling processes (deformation gradually decreases to 0.5-1mm/pass), ensuring uniform material deformation and controlling residual stress below 200MPa. The core systems of the equipment include: an uncoiling system (tension control accuracy ±5N), a leveling device (flatness ≤0.5mm/m), a forming unit (roller hardness HRC58-62), a cutting system (length error ±0.3mm), and a receiving device (stacking accuracy ±2mm). It is suitable for mass production scenarios such as building steel structures (C/Z type purlins) and automotive parts (door rails).
