Daily Inspection:
Check for any metal residue adhering to the roller surface (clean with a copper brush);
Check for loose fasteners (such as bolts) (tighten with a torque wrench to the standard value).
Weekly Maintenance:
Change the lubricating oil in the bearing housings and gearbox (Mobil 600XP series recommended);
Regularly check the filtration accuracy of the hydraulic system (replace the filter element immediately if it is clogged).
