Fast and Efficient Operation
The process is clear and simple. It starts with a power decoiler, a feeding guide, a pinch roller, a leveling unit, an electric shear, a conveyor, and a stacker for finished sheets. The system runs with PLC control. It works continuously and efficiently. The power decoiler is a hydraulic cantilever type. It holds up to 10 tons. The main frame is made of Q235 steel plate. It is welded and stress-relieved for a strong build. The forming speed is 0 to 40 M/min. You can adjust it to fit different output needs. The leveling rollers are made of bearing steel. They are hardened and ground for long life. All parts are finely finished and coated with high-grade polyurethane paint.
