Leveling Shearing Machine

This is a Leveling and Shearing Machine specifically designed for the flattening and fixed-length cutting of coiled sheet metal. A distributor in South America once reported that their client, who previously relied on manual shearing, suffered from low efficiency and significant dimensional inaccuracies. After adopting our equipment, the flatness of the sheet surface and the precision of the cuts improved dramatically; production efficiency doubled, prompting the client to immediately place a follow-up order.

Process Flow: Powered Uncoiling → Material Guiding → Film Lamination → Pinch Roll Feeding → Leveling → Secondary Pinch Feeding → Hydraulic Shearing → Conveyor Platform → Finished Product Discharge. The entire process is controlled by a PLC system, ensuring continuous and stable production.

Structural Highlights: Hydraulic Cantilever-Type Uncoiler with a load capacity of 5 tons (Coil Inner Diameter: 400–500mm; Outer Diameter: ≤1600mm). The leveling rollers are crafted from #45 round steel, precision-turned via CNC, and hard-chrome plated to ensure a smooth, wear-resistant surface. Forming Line Speed: 0–15 m/min. The hydraulic shearing system features vacuum-quenched cutter blades with a hardness of HRC 60–62, ensuring clean, flat cut edges.
