Simple and Productive Operation
The system includes a power decoiler, feeding guide, pinch roller, leveling unit, electric shear, conveyor, and stacker for finished sheets. It operates under PLC control, running continuously with high efficiency.
The power decoiler is a hydraulic cantilever type, capable of holding up to 10 tons. The main frame is constructed from Q235 steel plate, welded and stress-relieved for maximum strength.
The forming speed ranges from 0 to 40 m/min and can be adjusted to meet different production requirements. Leveling rollers are made of hardened and ground bearing steel for durability. All components are finely finished and coated with high-quality polyurethane paint.
