Stable Handling for Long Profiles
The workflow is smooth and precise:
The C steel moves from the roll former to the flattening conveyor.
It proceeds to the slow-stop conveyor.
The grouping machine arranges several pieces into a set.
The pusher transfers the set to the stacking area.
The pallet dispenser provides an empty pallet or base board, which the pallet conveyor positions.
The stacking unit picks the set using the air-driven end effector and places it on the pallet.
The multiple clamps keep the long steel straight, preventing bending or dropping during transfer. After stacking, the pallet conveyor removes the full load, ready for handling by forklift or crane.
