**Structure and Operation**
Materials sequentially pass through the flattening conveyor for alignment, the deceleration conveyor for speed reduction, and the orientation conveyor for directional adjustment, before being arranged into groups according to a preset pattern by the grouping unit. A bag-pushing mechanism then transfers the grouped materials to the palletizing station. Empty pallets are automatically released from the pallet magazine and positioned via the pallet conveyor. Subsequently, the Electric Double Layer Stacking Machine's electric actuators-operating under closed-loop servo control-grasp the materials to precisely place the first layer, then automatically stack the second layer on top; the relative orientation or offset between the two layers can be configured to meet specific process requirements.
