Workflow: Materials are first flattened and aligned by a flattening conveyor, then decelerated by a buffering conveyor, and finally reoriented by a positioning conveyor. A grouping unit arranges the items into sets according to a preset pattern, after which a bag-pushing mechanism transfers the entire set to the designated stacking station. An automatic pallet dispenser supplies empty pallets, which are then transported to the workstation by a pallet conveyor. The pneumatic end effector first completes the stacking of the initial layer, then automatically proceeds to stack the second layer, thereby achieving a greater stacking height without increasing the machine's footprint. Once the double-layer stacking process is complete, the pallet conveyor discharges the fully loaded pallet. The pneumatic drive system offers rapid response times, smooth operation, and simple maintenance, making it well-suited for production environments with low-to-medium frequency operational rhythms.
