**Applications and Features**
Our automatic robotic palletizer is an intelligent device developed to address the automated material stacking needs of low-to-medium volume production environments. This automatic robotic palletizer is suitable for use in industries such as petrochemicals, food processing, animal feed, and building materials. It excels particularly when integrated with cold roll forming machines and shearing lines, enabling fully automated workflows from the forming stage all the way through to palletizing. The equipment consists of a flattening conveyor, a deceleration conveyor, a reorientation conveyor, a pallet magazine, a pallet conveyor, a grouping unit, a pushing mechanism, a palletizing unit, and a discharge conveyor. Its core highlight is a pneumatically driven, multi-functional end effector that integrates clamping, gripping, and suction capabilities, allowing it to handle a diverse range of items-including sheets, boxes, drums, and bags-as well as auxiliary materials such as pallets and slip sheets. The entire machine features a compact structure, broad applicability, and high operational reliability.

**Structure and Operation**
Upon entering the system, materials are first aligned and flattened by the flattening conveyor, then smoothly decelerated by the deceleration conveyor. The reorientation conveyor adjusts the material's direction as required, after which the grouping unit organizes the materials into specific sets, and the pushing mechanism conveys them to the designated palletizing station. The pallet magazine automatically supplies empty pallets, which are then transported to the workstation by the pallet conveyor. At this stage, the automatic robotic palletizer's end effector-driven by pneumatic cylinders-flexibly switches between clamping, gripping, or suction modes to stack the materials onto the pallet according to a preset layer count and arrangement pattern. Once palletizing is complete, the discharge conveyor transports the fully loaded pallet out of the system. The entire process is centrally coordinated by a PLC, allowing the system to rapidly adapt to the varying dimensions, weights, and palletizing requirements of different products. Thanks to its multi-functional design, a single automatic robotic palletizer can handle a wide variety of packaged goods simply by swapping out the end effector modules, making it perfectly suited for production environments characterized by high product variety and low batch volumes. We offer customized automatic robotic palletizing solutions tailored to our clients' specific production line layouts, material characteristics, and palletizing requirements-including conveyor length, stacking height, actuator configuration, and more. Our products have been exported to over 60 countries and serve renowned enterprises such as Bühler Group (Switzerland), FAW Group (Germany), and Jiangsu Zhengchang. We accept orders starting from a single unit, and product colors are fully customizable. Payment terms are 30% upfront deposit with the remaining 70% balance due upon completion; we accept EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms. We provide a one-year warranty, and on-site commissioning and trial runs can be conducted at our facility prior to shipment for client acceptance. We offer optional on-site installation services by professional technicians or remote guidance via video; third-party inspections are also welcome. Large-scale equipment is shipped as bare cargo, while smaller components are packed in standard wooden crates to ensure safe transit.
