This heavy-duty uncoiling machine features comprehensive structural enhancements, including an enlarged mandrel diameter (φ300–500 mm), thickened frame steel plates (40 mm+), and oversized support bearings. It is widely utilized in heavy industry sectors such as shipbuilding (for hull plating), bridge steel structures, and mining vehicle chassis manufacturing. The Heavy-Duty Decoiler is driven by a high-torque variable-frequency motor (55 kW) coupled with a heavy-duty gearbox, ensuring smooth, vibration-free uncoiling even at low speeds and under high tension.

II. Structure and Operation
The main body of the Heavy-Duty Decoiler features a double-layer welded box-beam structure, internally reinforced with cross-rib plates. The mandrel is constructed from 42CrMo alloy steel, and the surfaces of the expansion segments are hard-faced with a wear-resistant layer. The expansion/contraction mechanism utilizes a hydraulic tie-rod design; however, the hydraulic cylinder diameter has been increased to φ200 mm, generating an expansion force of up to 60 tons. The front-end support bearing for the coil drum has been upgraded to a heavy-duty roller bearing housing, and the support arm is driven by a dual-cylinder hydraulic system. The machine's guide rails consist of heavy-duty V-groove tracks, and the hydraulic lateral shifting of the frame is controlled via a synchronized dual-cylinder system. The gearbox features a forced-lubrication system equipped with an oil cooler, enabling continuous, heavy-load operation around the clock. The Heavy-Duty Decoiler also offers optional features such as automatic coil-centering light curtains and a closed-loop PID tension control system.
