This machine is used for leveling metal sheets and works together with other equipment to form complete production lines. It is widely used in industries such as hardware, electronics, home appliances, toys, and automotive parts. It feeds and straightens materials with high precision.

Non-Stop Operation for High Efficiency
This Automatic Tube Feeding Machine features a dual-spindle design with a 180-degree arrangement. One spindle operates while the other remains on standby. When the first coil runs out, the unit rotates, bringing the second spindle into position.
This allows continuous coil change without stopping production. A new coil can be loaded while the machine is running. This design is ideal for applications such as motor rotors, stators, and EI core stamping.
The extended spindle span and damping device help maintain material stability at high speeds. The machine performs reliably with presses operating at over 300 strokes per minute.

Reliable Structure for Precision Work
The machine has no built-in motor and operates using the pulling force from a high-speed press feeder. The body adopts a welded box structure for strength and durability.
The mandrel features a cantilever design with a front support bearing, providing improved rigidity during operation. It consists of four segmented plates connected by tapered dovetail grooves. Each plate includes a radial sliding mechanism to prevent axial movement, allowing smooth expansion and contraction.
A rotary cylinder at the end of the drum shaft drives a central rod to move the front section, causing the plates to expand outward. This Automatic Tube Feeding Machine ensures stable material feeding for precise stamping.
