Strong Load Capacity
This machine handles coils with an outer diameter of up to 1800 mm and a maximum weight of 10 tons. This capacity allows it to accommodate most standard coils, reducing the frequency of coil changes, saving time, and improving productivity. The coil inner diameter range is 400 to 600 mm, making it compatible with most coil sizes on the market. This decoiler is designed to integrate seamlessly with your forming machine.

Reliable Core Structure
The decoiler consists of a loading stand, mandrel, brake system, and hydraulic cylinder. The core component is the expanding system, which is available in several types, including mechanical adjustable four-jaw, parallel four-bar, wedge-type four-jaw, and double-cone designs. You can select the most suitable type based on your coil requirements. After the coil is placed on the stand, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the mandrel, and the expanding system securely grips the inner ring of the coil. This keeps the coil stable during feeding and prevents shifting or off-center rotation.

Smooth Feeding Process
A reliable brake system is installed on this hydraulic decoiler to control feeding speed and maintain proper tension. This ensures that the steel strip remains tight and prevents it from feeding too quickly due to inertia. As a result, the strip does not become loose or folded. The feeding process remains smooth and consistent, providing a steady material supply to the forming machine and helping the entire production line operate without interruption.

Easy Operation with Smart Design
This decoiler is designed for ease of use. The hydraulic system simplifies loading and expansion, allowing one operator to handle the entire process. Some advanced models are equipped with a storage device that temporarily holds steel strip during coil changes, enabling the forming machine to continue running without interruption.
