The material feeding guide structure ensures the dimensional accuracy of the wall panels. Adjustable guide plates at both ends allow the system to accommodate varying material widths. A robust guide frame provides stable support for the coil as it feeds into the machine. The guide rollers feature a dual-roller design (upper and lower), facilitating a smoother and more consistent feeding process. The main shafts of the rollers are constructed from φ70/80mm #45 carbon steel. The roller wheels themselves undergo a rigorous treatment process involving precision turning, hard chrome plating, mirror polishing, and heat treatment. The tie rods within the machine base are made of φ20mm electroplated round steel, which effectively enhances the structural rigidity of the wall panels along their edges.

The post-forming shear mechanism is specifically designed for cutting the wall panels. Its guiding system utilizes dual cylindrical linear guide rails, ensuring a smooth cutting action with no deformation at the cut edges. The shear blade holder undergoes stress-relief treatment to provide exceptional impact resistance. The shear blades are manufactured from Cr12MoV steel, offering a service life of over one million cuts. The shear frame is constructed from Q235 steel plate, which undergoes a multi-stage processing sequence: rough milling, annealing, and final precision finishing. The PLC control cabinet features a flexible configuration; it utilizes high-precision PLC systems from either Yaskawa or Schneider Electric, paired with heavy-duty frequency converters from the same manufacturers. All control components are supplied by Schneider Electric. These specifications can be fully customized to meet your specific requirements. The equipment supports touch-screen operation; once the production parameters have been entered, the machine automatically executes the entire production process.
