The main shafts (φ70/80 mm) are crafted from 45# round steel; the forming rollers undergo precision turning, hard chrome plating, mirror polishing, and heat treatment, while the tie rods (φ20 mm electroplated round steel) are designed to enhance structural rigidity. The post-cutting mechanism employs a dual-cylindrical guide rail system, ensuring clean, flat cuts free of deformation. The cutter base undergoes stress-relief treatment, and the Cr12MoV blades boast a cutting lifespan exceeding one million cycles; the post-cutting frame is constructed from Q235 steel plate, which is annealed and precision-machined. The standard PLC control cabinet features a high-precision system from Yaskawa or Schneider; all variable frequency drives and control components are sourced from the same brand, and touchscreen customization options are available.
