This process results in surfaces characterized by high hardness, exceptional wear resistance, and a flawless finish-ensuring that the resulting electrical control cabinet enclosures are completely free of burrs and achieve superior results after painting. Electroplated round steel tie rods positioned on both sides of the machine base effectively enhance the rigidity of the side wall panels.
