The main shafts within the roller assemblies are manufactured from #45 steel, featuring a substantial diameter of φ75 mm. All forming rollers undergo a meticulous multi-stage finishing process, including heat treatment, precision turning, hard chrome plating, and mirror polishing. The side-plate tie rods are constructed from φ20 mm electroplated round steel, effectively enhancing the overall structural rigidity of the side plates. The rear cutting unit employs a dual-guide-post structure to ensure stable and precise cutting operations. The cast-iron blade holder has undergone stress-relieving treatment, endowing it with excellent impact resistance. The cutting blades boast an impressive service life of over one million cuts.
