The feeding system has been specifically optimized for the coil stock used in glazed tile production. Adjustable guide baffles allow for flexible positioning based on the material width, while the guide frame provides stable support for the coil during the feeding process. A synchronized set of upper and lower guide rollers works in tandem to ensure a smooth, obstruction-free feed. Auxiliary feed rollers help maintain material flatness and prevent wrinkling. The main shafts within the roller assemblies are manufactured from #45 steel, featuring a substantial diameter of φ75 mm. All forming rollers undergo a meticulous multi-stage finishing process, including heat treatment, precision turning, hard chrome plating, and mirror polishing. The side-plate tie rods are constructed from φ20 mm electroplated round steel, effectively enhancing the overall structural rigidity of the side plates. The rear cutting unit employs a dual-guide-post structure to ensure stable and precise cutting operations. The cast-iron blade holder has undergone stress-relieving treatment, endowing it with excellent impact resistance. The cutting blades boast an impressive service life of over one million cuts.
