Designed for High Speed
This product works with steel from 0.4mm to 0.8mm thick. This range covers most roof panel needs. It has 18 to 26 forming stations. Each station shapes the waves clearly. The forming speed is 15 to 25 meters per minute. Your customers can prepare materials for large roofs in a short time. We use a 7.5KW to 15KW variable frequency motor. It gives you enough power with speed control.

Smooth Material Entry
We design the entry guide system with care. It has adjustable plates, a guide stand, and guide rollers. The plates help the steel strip stay in the center. The guide stand supports the coil. The rollers are round and smooth. They let the steel enter without scratching the coating. This keeps the panels looking good. A smooth start helps this high wave forming machine run without problems.

Core Parts for a Clean Surface
The main shafts are 70 or 80mm in diameter. We use 45# steel for them. This size keeps them stable during high speed work. The rollers go through precision turning, heat treatment, and hard chrome plating. We then give them a mirror finish. The rollers become smooth like glass. The panels come out with no marks or scratches. This gives your customers a clean and beautiful product.
 

Clean Cuts Every Time
We put a rear shear with a double cylinder rail guide. This keeps the cut stable and straight. The blade drops down vertically. The cut edge is flat with no damage. We use Cr12Mov steel for the blades. After heat treatment, the blades last for over 1 million cuts. The blade holder goes through stress relief and annealing. This keeps the cutting stable for years.

Simple Control for Easy Operation
The control cabinet is the brain of the machine. We use Yaskawa or Schneider PLC and drives. The operator just enters the length and quantity on the touch screen. The machine then runs by itself. We can also use other brands of electric parts if you need them. This keeps operation simple for your workers.
