Designed for Stable Forming
This door frame forming machine processes steel with a thickness of 0.6 mm to 1.5 mm. It features 16 to 22 forming stations, allowing each bend to be gradual and uniform, which helps prevent stress buildup in the material. The machine uses a motor drive with gear and chain transmission, ensuring direct and efficient power transfer. It is equipped with a 7.5 kW to 15 kW variable frequency motor, allowing you to adjust the speed according to different material thicknesses. This provides greater flexibility in operation.


Core Parts Made with Quality Materials
The roll shafts are critical components in door frame forming. The main shafts are made of 80 mm diameter 45# steel, providing strong resistance to lateral forces during operation and maintaining straightness over time. The rollers undergo precision turning, heat treatment, hard chrome plating, and mirror polishing. This process results in a smooth surface, ensuring the finished door frames are clean, flat, and free of marks. Chrome steel tie rods are also installed on both sides to enhance the rigidity of the machine frame.
A Clean Cut for Easy Installation
Special attention is given to the rear shear, which is equipped with a moving guide system to keep the blade aligned during cutting. This ensures a flat, undamaged cut edge, making installation easier for your customers. The blades are made of Cr12Mov steel and, after heat treatment, can perform over 1 million cuts. The rear blade holder undergoes rough milling, annealing, and precision machining to eliminate internal stress and maintain long-term accuracy.
Smart Control for Simple Operation
The machine is equipped with a PLC control cabinet using high-quality Yaskawa or Schneider components, which are widely trusted in the industry. Operators simply input the required length and quantity via the touch screen, and the machine runs automatically. Alternative electrical component brands can also be used upon request, ensuring convenience in daily operation.
