We have engineered a forming sequence comprising 22 to 28 stages; by limiting the deformation increment at each stage, we ensure that these thick plates remain free of cracks and maintain exceptional dimensional stability. Power is supplied by a high-output 30–45 kW variable-frequency motor, coupled with a gear-and-chain transmission system-the most reliable configuration available for heavy-load applications. Regarding material feeding, we have equipped the machine with a robust guiding system and a hydraulic pre-shear mechanism, enabling it to effortlessly handle heavy steel coils. The true "soul" of this Highway Guardrail Forming Machine, however, lies in its roller shafts: featuring 100mm-diameter main shafts forged from 45# carbon steel, the rollers undergo a meticulous process of precision turning, heat treatment, hard chrome plating, and mirror polishing to ensure exceptional wear resistance. Additionally, electroplated round steel tie rods are installed on both sides of the machine base to prevent any deformation of the side wall panels.

The post-shearing section employs a vertical-motion guiding mechanism to ensure clean, burr-free cuts. The shear blades are crafted from Cr12MoV steel; following heat treatment, they boast a service life exceeding one million cuts. In terms of control, the system utilizes either Yaskawa or Schneider PLCs, allowing for fully automated operation simply by entering the desired length and quantity via the touchscreen interface.
