The power unit of this machine has been upgraded to a range of 7.5 kW to 15 kW, featuring variable frequency speed control capabilities. The motor-driven system is coupled with a gear-and-chain transmission mechanism, delivering significantly more robust power-a necessity for multi-pass forming operations. The cutting blades are fabricated from heat-treated Cr12MoV steel, ensuring exceptional durability and longevity. The machine base is constructed to H300–H400 specifications. We have streamlined and optimized the material feeding guide system, retaining only the essential components: the positioning plate, guide frame, and guide rollers. This design allows for precise adjustment of the feed width while ensuring smooth and stable material conveyance.
The roller shaft assemblies utilize solid round steel spindles (Grade 45#) with a diameter of 75 mm. The rollers undergo a multi-stage finishing process involving precision turning, hard chrome plating, mirror polishing, and heat treatment. The tie rods within the machine base are made of electroplated round steel (Grade 20#), which significantly enhances the overall structural rigidity of the machine. The coiled material is thus precisely cold-formed, pass by pass, into the final product shape. Following the forming stage, the cutting mechanism is equipped with a vertical guiding assembly; this mechanism prevents deformation of the cut edges. The cutting blades themselves are also made of Cr12MoV steel; our testing has demonstrated a cutting lifespan exceeding one million cycles. The rear shear frame is constructed from Q235 steel plate and undergoes multiple precision machining stages, resulting in a highly stable structure and exceptionally precise cutting performance.
