Designed to process materials ranging in thickness from 1.5 to 3.0 millimeters, the machine employs a sequence of 18 to 22 forming stages to gradually shape the steel strip; this process prevents stress concentration while ensuring exceptional linearity and load-bearing capacity. A 15–22 kW variable-frequency motor, coupled with a robust gear-and-chain transmission system, delivers direct and efficient power, making the machine ideally suited for prolonged, continuous production runs.

Precision begins at the infeed stage. We have engineered a set of precisely adjustable guide and positioning plates, featuring upper and lower guide rollers that ensure the steel strip enters smoothly without scratching its surface. A hydraulic pre-shear mechanism facilitates the convenient trimming of the steel strip's leading edge. The core roller shaft assembly utilizes 80mm-diameter main shafts forged from 45# carbon steel, providing exceptional resistance to lateral forces. The rollers undergo a rigorous finishing process-including precision turning, heat treatment, hard chrome plating, and mirror polishing-resulting in a flawless, indentation-free surface with outstanding wear resistance. Plated round steel tie rods positioned on both sides of the machine base further enhance the rigidity of the side wall panels. The post-shearing unit features a vertical guide mechanism wherein the blade descends vertically, ensuring a clean, flat cut free from deformation. The Cr12MoV shear blades, having undergone specialized heat treatment, boast a service life exceeding one million cuts. The shear frame itself undergoes a multi-stage finishing process-including rough milling, annealing, and precision machining-to effectively eliminate internal stresses. The PLC control cabinet is equipped with a Yaskawa or Schneider system, featuring an intuitive touchscreen interface for simple operation. You need only input the desired length and quantity, and the *Shelf Beam Former* will automatically execute the entire production process.
