Precision Begins at the Feeding End
At the feeding end of the machine, we have designed adjustable guide plates. These guides ensure that the steel strip remains perfectly centered from the very moment it enters the machine. A dedicated guide frame supports the steel coil, guaranteeing a smooth and steady feeding process. The guide rollers are precision-machined with smooth, rounded surfaces to ensure that the steel strip remains free of scratches as it slides into the forming zone. Furthermore, we have incorporated a hydraulic pre-shearing device. Prior to commencing full-scale production, this device allows you to trim any uneven edges from the end of the steel coil, thereby ensuring that the entire production batch begins with the highest quality standards intact.

The machine's control system features a PLC-based electrical cabinet design, utilizing high-quality core components from renowned brands such as Yaskawa and Schneider.
