Flexible for Different Needs
This product works with steel from 0.3mm to 1.0mm thick. This range covers many door types. It has 12 to 22 forming stations. We design the number of stations based on the door profile. We use a motor drive with gear and chain transmission. This method is reliable. We put in a 4KW to 7.5KW variable frequency motor. You can change the speed for different material thickness. This gives you great flexibility.

Precision from the Start
We design the entry guide with care. It has a strong guide stand to support the heavy coil. The guide rollers are round and smooth. They let the steel enter without trouble. We also add a hydraulic front shear. You can use it to cut off uneven parts of the coil before production. This makes sure the first panel is high quality. Precise Forming Process
The roll shafts are key to the forming process. We use 70mm diameter 45# steel for the main shafts. This size gives a good balance between stability and cost. The rollers go through precision turning, heat treatment, and hard chrome plating. The hard chrome layer makes them very wear-resistant. The machine keeps precise dimensions even after long hours. We also add chrome steel tie rods on both sides. This adds rigidity to the frame.

Clean Cuts for Tight Connections
We pay great attention to the rear shear. It has a moving guide system for cutting precision. When the panel reaches the set length, the blade drops straight down. The cut is flat with no damage. This is very important for roller shutter doors. The panels need to lock together tightly. We use Cr12Mov steel for the blades. They are very durable and last for over 1 million cuts.

We use a PLC control cabinet for this machine. It has Yaskawa or Schneider high-quality parts. These are trusted brands in the industry. The operator just enters the number, length, and thickness on the touch screen. The machine then runs by itself. We can also use other brands of electric parts if you need them.
