Decorative Buckle Panel Forming Machine

The Decorative Buckle Panel Forming Machine is specialized equipment designed for the production of interior light-gauge steel decorative elements. The finished ceiling panels produced by this machine are widely utilized in settings such as office buildings and shopping malls, distinguished by their exceptional flatness and precise, standardized profiles. This machine processes materials ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 mm in thickness and features a forming sequence comprising 12 to 28 passes. It is powered by a 4–15 kW variable-frequency motor, utilizing a motor-driven gear-and-chain transmission system. The cutting mechanism employs a Cr12MoV blade, while the machine base is constructed from an H400-series steel frame.

The infeed guide assembly is equipped with a hydraulic pre-shear unit, adjustable positioning plates, guide frames, and upper and lower guide rollers. The main shafts are fabricated from 45# carbon steel with a diameter of φ70 mm; the forming rollers undergo precision turning, hard chrome plating, polishing, and heat treatment, while tie rods are incorporated to enhance structural rigidity, ensuring the roll-forming process yields standard-compliant panels. The post-shear guide mechanism features vertical adjustability to ensure clean, burr-free cuts; the cast-iron cutter base provides superior shock absorption and impact resistance, and the Cr12MoV blades boast a service life exceeding one million cuts. The post-shear cutter frame undergoes precision machining to ensure optimal performance. The PLC control system utilizes components and software from Yaskawa or Schneider Electric, with support available for customized touchscreen interfaces.
