This C-purlin forming machine is a highly mature and proven piece of equipment for producing C-shaped steel profiles, widely utilized in the construction of factory buildings, warehouses, and shelving support systems. The machine processes materials ranging from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm in thickness, employing an 18-to-22-stage forming process driven by a motor and a gear-and-chain transmission system, with speed controlled via a 15 kW variable frequency drive. The feeding stage features meticulous design details: adjustable guide plates ensure precise alignment of the steel strip, while upper and lower guide rollers prevent surface scratching. Additionally, a hydraulic pre-shear mechanism allows for the manual removal of uneven sections at the head of the steel coil. The core roller shafts are constructed from high-grade φ75–100 mm #45 carbon steel.

The rollers undergo high-precision turning, heat treatment, hard chrome plating, and mirror polishing to ensure exceptional wear resistance and guarantee that the finished profiles feature a smooth, blemish-free surface. The post-shear mechanism utilizes Cr12MoV blades, which-following heat treatment-achieve extreme hardness and offer a service life exceeding 1 million cuts; a specialized guiding mechanism ensures that every cut is clean, flat, and free of deformation. The PLC control cabinet comes standard with a high-precision Yaskawa or Schneider system; operators need only input the desired length and quantity via the touchscreen interface to initiate automated production, though electrical components from other brands can also be customized upon request.
